    Choose Your Fund

Employee Giving entirely funds the Benevolence Fund and supports your fellow employees in need. This fund is a safety net designed to help those in our workforce facing unexpected hardships, whether a medical emergency, a natural disaster, or other unforeseen challenges.
Each spring, the Foundation awards scholarships to area students who are currently enrolled, or beginning their education, in a health related career field.

Our Patient and Employee Program fund provides essential assistance to patients during times of hardship and also contributes to funding needs of our employees such as licenses, credentials, and certifications. This initiative is a testament to our commitment to both serve the community and support Conway Regional’s employees and patients.

The April’s Angels fund was established in 2008 by April and Jamie Miller to provide financial assistance to our patients and families experiencing financial hardship due to a cancer diagnosis.
The Conway Regional Health Disparity Fund aims to support low-income patients who face significant financial and personal challenges. Conway Regional Health System provides charity care, financial assistance, and coverage for those with exhausted Medicaid benefits. Beyond medical needs, patients often struggle with housing, food insecurity, and medication costs. To address these broader needs, the Conway Regional Health Foundation has established the Health Disparity Program. This initiative will aid low-income patients in central Arkansas by addressing economic stability, healthcare access, and housing. The program seeks to bridge gaps between hospital care and home recovery, advancing health equity and improving overall community well-being.
The Annual Fund supports areas of greatest need across all departments at Conway Regional. This fund plays a pivotal role in funding essential equipment, supplies, and the development of programs. By contributing to our Annual Fund, you directly impact the quality of care we provide to our patients and the well-being of our community, ensuring that we can continually adapt and advance to meet evolving healthcare challenges. Your support enables us to maintain our commitment to excellence in healthcare.

    Question & Answers

The Foundation is the philanthropic arm of our health system. The Foundation was established in 1996 to provide financial support to aid our health system in carrying out its mission of providing excellent health care for the Central Arkansas area. As a not-for-profit hospital, all profit made from the health system are invested back into the hospital, clinics, and the community.
The Annual Employee Giving Campaign allows all Conway Regional Health System employees, volunteers, and physicians to financially support their health system through the Conway Regional Health Foundation. Funds raised through the annual campaign help support the programs, projects, and services the health system offers.
Our Family. Our Future will launch during the September Town Halls, and go through October 11. Celebrations and prize drawings will be held in October.
